REBON INNOVATION CENTER (“Center”) values the privacy of users of its website and complies with applicable privacy laws. This Policy explains how personal information is processed in connection with website inquiries and operation.

Purpose of Processing

We process personal information to receive and respond to inquiries concerning government R&D, private-sector contract research, industry–academia–research collaboration, technology validation and PoC, prototype development, technology transfer and licensing, and commercialization partnerships. We also use the information to arrange consultations and proposals, operate the website securely, prevent abuse, and analyze technical errors.

Overseas Transfer

Information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where Netlify operates. The transfer occurs when a form is submitted through an encrypted network and is used for hosting, inquiry storage and system security. Information is retained for one year after the inquiry is completed or until the relevant processing arrangement ends.

Deletion

When information is no longer required, electronic files are securely deleted so they cannot be restored, and paper records are shredded or destroyed. Information held by external services is deleted through the applicable service procedures.
